Went in for a repair on dental work that another company messed up, although they didn't throughly repair my upper plate they were very transparent on what I needed to do to prevent further damage. I was able to make an appointment to get in for impressions for new plates. The staff was very informative and friendly. I appreciate the honest feedback I received and I am glad I went in and was seen on the same day as my call. I was nervous about using a corporate chain over a private practice, but needed an emergency tooth extraction and Aspen was the only place available for same day care. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Vedros was extremely skilled and comforting. Will return and gladly recommend!
Everyone is pleasant and easy to work with. The doctor is careful and gentle. As someone who had bad experiences with dentistry in the past, I am willing to go back for regular visits which I haven't said about a dental practice since I was a teen (in other words, it's been a few decades).
The staff were friendly as ever! Made me as comfortable as ever being there! They take their time with you! I highly recommend Aspen Dental and will be going back for future appointments!
The chair side manner is great. All the people at the Gloucester Aspen office are very nice and professional. Was given advice as to my oral care & options as to treatment , plus they do genuinely respect there patients Feeling good every time I leave there office.
