On my first visit to Aspen Dental I was very impressed with the nice clean office, the staff and the dental advise I received. From checking in to setting up appointments and financial advise all of the staff were very friendly, positive, and nice. Just want to say thanks to Sally, Lindsay, and Dr. Reynolds for their help. This experience really set my mind at ease for my future dental treatments. Thanks again.

Although I am pleased with the dental services, I have serious concerns about your billing process. Each time I come for services, the receptionist requests an amount that I potentially owe for services that day. I usually ask for a printout copy since I always seem to have a credit from the previous visit. While I realize that rates change for your services, as do the insurance company's reimbursement amounts, I would prefer receiving an itemized bill for that day to review. We have had a wonderful experience with the staff at Aspen in Greenville! My husband was having severe pain, and we were given an appointment the same day I called. The treatment required for the issue could not be booked as soon as we would've liked. I worked with Lindsey off the woodruff road location, and she was amazing!! She was so helpful, and went above and beyond to not only to explain dental insurance options but to also to work us in to be seen in an amazing timeframe! I had an appointment with Dr. Reynolds for my son last week for his first visit. She was very nice she let me know what was needed to be done. The hygienist was very nice and respectful. The x-ray tech was very nice. The lady that gave me my care plan was very helpful.
