Everyone's nice. The check-in process is inconvenient that you sign in and sit down to wait to finish checking in. It should be done at once while you're at the counter. I tried rescheduling an appt while I was there and said don't cancel the other one yet because I don't want to go more than a month out. Well, it would have pushed me 4+ months out and she already cancelled it! Thankfully the receptionist was able to squeeze me back into the spot before anyone else took it! Been going to Aspen Dental for a while now and had several procedures done and was very happy. However, my last visit was very upsetting as the receptionist forgot all about me and I had to wait a whole hour before finally going to the desk only to be given a handful of papers to fill out which took additional time. She said she had no idea how she forgot me. Ugh.....Doctor, nurses and everyone else were very nice. All information as well as prices are all explained before hand which is nice. Overall experience is good.

I think the people were very nice and personable. Dr. Antick was excellent because he took time to explain every aspect during the consultation. He did not fast talk me and he never interrupted me while I was asking questions. He gave me a choice and he also gave me his best opinion but the choice was still mine. He didn't appear to be in a hurry and he was very gracious and kind. I felt very comfortable with him.
This was my first time there.I was so nervous however all the staff were A+ in helping me with my anxieties. The dentist I had was real though in letting me know exactly what procedures I would need done.
