I don’t typically do this but I’m feel the need after the experience I had today so I took a long lunch for a “consultation” no one told me that and I thought I was getting a cleaning today again no one explained this to me or I wouldn’t have taken off just for that. Get there get pulled back super quick and get a bunch of X-rays taken and the whole time had an attitude and then get back to the room and she says she is gonna scan my teeth for some reason no sure why after I just had maybe 20 or more different pictures taken ... read more

I had a question about possibly being doubled billed since they had done that once before. I left multiple messages on their voicemail over a month. They never returned my calls nor did they reach out to me about my normal cleaning. It’s though they didn’t want to deal with my issue to a point they removed me as a client. Very disappointed since I had a good hygienist.

I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience this terrible with any business before. I have had a few appointments with this location now, and the providers have been very nice. The office, however, is managed terribly, and that’s putting it in the most polite terms. I had changed employers and updated insurance before my last appointment. I called repeatedly to update my insurance info before my next appointment and was told more than once to update it in office.
