Myself and family have been going here since it opened. I agree that they have had many changes from the Dentist and Office Manager, but everyone is always friendly. I ran into an issue with my son having a pretty expensive procedure and the Old Office manger dropped the ball. I had been calling and trying to resolve and got the run around from previous OM, but spoke with the New Office Manager Tracy yesterday 3/9/17 and she resolved the issue same day. Love them! I had EXTENSIVE dental work needed to be done. I have always been afraid of the dentist due to some bad experiences in my life previously. Dr. Monteiro was great and got my mouth all fixed up - even with my small mouth! Super happy with my experience here. 😁
I had the most awesome experience at your office on Friday. I cannot tell you how traumatized I have been of Dentist officers and you just renewed my faith that there are caring Dentist and staff members still out there. This is my best experience by far.
