I went with my boyfriend to get his mouth checked. I was concerned because i knew it had been a while and we didn't have insurance. The moment we walked in we didnt know what to do since it was our first time there. We walked up to the front area and the lady Julia had her back turned and was on her cellphone. Yesterday I had such experience of excellent customer service at Aspen dental office at the Loop in Kissimmee somehow I made an appointment and that appointment was for another office. A young lady at the front desk was very calm breaking the news to me and somehow her manager was listening she walked over and took it over she tried everything to assist me and to calm my nerves she then suggested for me to hold on just to see if someone might cancel. ”which usually I don’t do” but because they were so nice in calming my nerv... read more

Everyone is very friendly and they really explain in detail what is going on with your teeth. There is no preassure to do or buy anything you don't want to. They care about you which is refreshing!
