very attentive and professional service from entire staff. Swan stood out during the initial visit (x-rays etc) - based on first impressions, I would recommend this office.

I came in without an appointment but was seen right away. The staff has changed and I'm very happy about that. The blonde woman who used to be at the front made me feel like she was doing me a favor by talking to me, she was rude, short and made me very uncomfortable; in stark contrast, the new receptionist and manager made me feel important and welcomed. Thank you for making me feel better Dr Lofti, Jordan, Bella and Swan. Without you, Aspen is nothing!
The ladies in the office were awesome and supportive! The dentist i saw was also fantastic. They all listened to my concerns and were really great explaining all of my finacial options!
This place rocks after missing my 8 o'clock appointment at the Silver Springs location they were able to take me in at their location I really enjoy the service provided by Bella, Jordan, Dr Lotfi, Swan and Serena they totally made me feel like family I would not trade this dental office for any other. Although the one in Silver Spring is much closer to where I live I am willing to take the drive just to experience the hospitality that I encountered...looking forward to seeing everyone again!
I had such a great experience. All the staff were incredibly friendly. I hate going to the dentist and hadn't been in 7 years and everyone was so kind and respectful!
I have to say I was very impressed with Aspen Dental , they made me feel very at ease with their service. I'm one of those very nervous persons when I'm in the chair.😐My experience was just Great !!! Thank you Aspen Dental !!!!
