I went in to have a broken tooth fixed after waiting a week and a half to be seen, and was told I need dentures, ( I know this, I have no teeth ) and they want to set up a treatment plan. Nothing about my broken tooth that has my mouth so cut up I can’t eat. Fix my problem now then worry about dentures.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND! From the time my son walked in until the time he left, pure rudeness. Appt was for 10:30am he didn’t leave until 2 hours later and all that was completed was X-rays. I made him an appointment the day before with the call center. Call center representative was super nice. Felt really comfortable making the appointment. Today, I walked in on an appointment scheduled. The lady that works there: Candace , got mean spirited that they themselves couldn’t check their own system and stop an appointment from happening so her rambling about being a “mother with a service member son” while prodding at me got old when she grasped my thigh and told me to calm down when I checked her. Completely unprofessional I want her out of there. Get mad at me for the problem being allowing me with no notice to just get berated like that?

I called to have an emergency tooth fixed. They totally understand this and wait til after crays to tell me they may or may not fix the tooth they eant to evaluate the rest of my mouth and make a plan. NO I came in to have a broken tooth fixed!!! Do Not come here.

The hygienists are super sweet but besides that I had to pay over $2,100 for dental work that was scheduled almost to the end of the year before they even sent a claim to my insurance. when I cancelled the appointments because I got braces, I requested a refund. It’s been a month and a half since I requested a refund and I still haven’t received it. So unless you want them to hold your money from you and be completely over charged... I would never come here

My wife came for some dental work a year ago that she was scheduled to complete on a later date that was set. With the onset of the Corona outbreak, businesses shut down her appoint canceled until further notice. She called to see about rescheduling her appointment at which time a date was set. She went to her appointment and was told that WITHOUT PAYING AGAIN, she could not finish her procedure because it was over a year.

Went in for a simple toothache, and they tried to connivence me I had a 1,000 problems including needing wisdom teeth removed and wanted to charge thousands to “fix” my teeth. Got a second opinion and everything they said were lies. Most painful and traumatic dentist visit ever!
