Had a great experience so far. Didn't know what to expect from a chain dentist but I was pleasantly surprised. Every one was very friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and they explained everything to me in detail about procedures and cost. Dr. Shackelford was great. The only thing I could complain about is they cancelled my appointment after I confirmed by text. Dr Shackelford is a breath of fresh air. I thought going to a corporate chain dentist was gonna be awful. Wrong I was again. I would recommend this young lady to anybody out there scared of dental procedures. She was wonderful along with the whole staff. They have my business now for good
