My experience was awful. I left without seeing a dentist I had broken a tooth and it was an emergency because it was a Saturday. They were only interested in taking a mouth full of X-rays. I have a very small mouth and it’s not possible to take that many X-rays at one time. I would not recommend any one to go there
I'll start by saying that I did come here when Dr. Shackelford worked here and she was great. So, previous reviews are correct in saying the office was good then. However, she is now gone and the place is now awful! I just spent 3 hours there and Dr. Matthews did not even finish the drilling for the crown. She spent over a hour and a half drilling in total. She left the room so many times that she had to numb me multiple times. Now they are asking me to come back for more drilling another time and then the permanent fitting ... read more
In the week leading up to my appointment, I was called by Aspen Dental to remind me of my appointment. I also received text messages to remind me. I showed up early and had to wait 20 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. If it is important for Aspen Dental to have me arrive on time, how about respecting my time and either getting me in on time or letting me know that hey are running behind. I could have gone and had breakfast and something to drink instead of waiting in their waiting room.
