I did not have the best experience here the other day and I figured I would share some constructive feedback as a healthcare professional to hopefully help future patients receive great care! 1- when giving difficult news it may be helpful to face the patient/sit down in front of them rather than have your back facing away from them/standing behind them out of view. Made an online apt for check up and cleaning. Arrived 30 minutes early. First stop X-rays. Girl was rude when I questioned how many more X-rays was she gonna take. Taken to a room where hygienist came up. Looked in my mouth the lectures me on using dental floss more then I do ( never cleaned my teeth). Dentist comes in apologizing stating there was some confusion as to who came in first me or the walk in. Again I was scheduled not a walk in.
