Overtly expensive. I felt like I was misinformed on the payment plan process by not directly being told the expense of the services.

I went there for the first time to have my teeth cleaned. The staff were very helpful. Before I went, I called and asked about the cost of cleaning my teeth, but I was surprised when they charged me money before cleaning. I also didn't know that topical fluorine varnish costs , so I was surprised that it was more expensive than I expected. During the cleaning, I felt like my tooth had chipped, so the cleaning was temporarily stopped. Then the doctor came and treated me. It was scary at all. The whole staff made me feel welcome, the procedures were explaind. My Insurance paid for most of the procedures but I did have an out of pocket expense. It wasn't much but, they also help to get a loan to get all my work done. Thanks

Very pleasant and they made me feel important. They explained everything to me. My insurance took care of most of the bill except a small portion . The other was on a loan. But I feel that my smile will be so beautiful.

I did not like that when I was talking to the person at the front desk she cut me off and started helping someone else so I don’t like that at all. I felt like that was bad customer service.

Overly expensive and not as advertised at all. Complete waste of time.
