The staff is Amazing, the wait time was limited, the quality of my service was for the lack of better words, most excellent. I had an emergency that required immediate attention, they got me in on the same day and were so kind and understanding about my situation. They will be my new dentist and will get referrals from anyone I know who asks me for advice on a new dentist. Wonderful staff. I Was seen for denture implants. They conducted a comprehensive exam and addressed all my needs. Fully explaining the process for implants. They conducted a scan of my entire mouth and teeth to map out the denture implants and the location for the implant anchors. They were very thorough with everything. Then I was given several options and price points for the implant procedure. I would recommend Aspen Dental in Lincolnton, NC to anyone.
The people are great. I went in to get a cleaning and establish care. They tell me I have periodontal disease and refuse to do a standard cleaning. I can’t afford the periodontal cleaning at this time and waisted two hours. I appreciate the work and detail but I can’t manage the enormous cost for the work now. I don’t know who could. All I wanted was a cleaning and a dentist not some massive bill and refusal of service

I had a wonderful experience with my first consultation and visit. From the receptionist to the office manager at the end of my visit all my questions were answered in a timely manner. The office has hi tech technology for sure. Everything was there for a smooth transition. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Tarek.
