I went to Aspen after having a problem with one tooth and ended up having to have a lot of work done. Dr Rena and Lyndsey helped me so much trying to figure out what to do and how to do it all. I am in the middle of all my work but so far they have gone above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend.

Initially I went in for a root canal when the endodontist noticed the tooth was too compromised.. he suggested an extraction instead! I really appreciated the honesty from him as he could of still proceeded with the root canal but didn’t because he wanted the best possible outcome for me! Communication was great! & everyone made sure I was comfortable the whole process!!! From the front staff.. to the assistants.. the endodontist.. the dentist.. the hygienist.. even the office biller! I recommend Aspen Dental in Longview, TX but not the one in Marshall, TX. Had uncomfortable experience with the one in Marshall. In Longview, the staff was very pleasant and professional. The person I had the most interaction with was Britney and she was very nice and professional. I don't like the pressure tactics that were used in Marshall to get me to sign onto a very expensive treatment plan and I didn't get that type of pressure at the Longview office. I will get the work done at the Longview office but budget is a... read more

I loved it, they were able to get me on a monthly plan and it didn't take but maybe 20 minutes for them to pull 3 teeth, very nice staff as well, i will definitely be back

I called with an emergency issue and they got me in quickly. What I thought might be a few days to repair...the dentist did it in the office in a matter of minutes. Thank goodness for Aspen Dental.
