If you want high-quality work, here is the place to be! The last time, I had an excellent experience.What an inviting yet professional setting. Every employee was welcoming, and one in particular, Berenice, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. If you ask for her, you won't be let down.
Totally satisfied with this place. They did an excellent job at a good price. I Totally recommend this place to anyone. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

I've had horrible experiences with dentists for years. The result was several missing teeth with bad infections and broken teeth in the ones that were remaining. The pain was severe and constant for a long time. I finally reached a breaking point where I knew I had to get the rest pulled and get dentures. I chose Aspen Dental in Loveland. Dr. Ahmed Hameed is the best dentist I've ever been to. I had several missing teeth due to paradontal issues and chose Aspen dental for my care. He explained the procedure to process to get my snap in dentures. Answering all my questions in detail. When it was time to do my surgery he made sure I was never in pain and was there step by step with my best interest in mind. It is a process to get the implants. I went in for a consultation on implants. They did a Panasonic X-ray that my insurance didn't cover. I was told I could use the grants I got. They sent me to the Oral Surgeon they use, and the lady at the front desk was very rude to me. They didn't take my insurance and I would have to prepay for the service I was getting in full!! I don't know how they stay in business if she treats most people this way. Everything needs to improve I got partials 3 months later a tooth falls out I take it back the same tooth falls out I take it back second time then they say it's going to be sent back in and they're going to do it it's returned to me all scratchy to the lip and the tooth falls out within hours I call to find out about the tooth no one returns my car I called back the next day no one returns my call I'm leaving messages every time I call even from the first time when the young lady at the desk I'll make sure someone gets you ... read more

They do procedures that don't need to be done. I had 7 teeth pulled and found out later they did not need to be extracted. Money Hungry. They used more than the allotted yearly maximum, of my insurance; without my knowledge. When I was having my teeth pulled, fully awake, the Dentist left 3 times to go help one of the other technicians, leaving me sitting there with numbing wearing off, I'm looking at bloody teeth on the tray in front of me and I needed to be numbed again, each time.

Be very careful. They asked if I wanted to set up a care credit card, which was fine... but they charged that card 16000 before anything had even been done. They then tried to rush me into setting up everything before I left. I got home and felt swindled and with a feeling of "what just happened"?? They did end up refunding the money, but the fact that it was charged in the first place was beyond sketchy. Be careful what you sign up for and get a second opinion. There are other clinics that will do the work for MUCH cheaper.... read more
