once they get your money, If you have a problem, You get hung up on Bad impression he first time , came back, still was right 3 rd time just in a pad, when you have to work on a 2000. pair of teeth. , NOT WORTH IT !!!!

I have not been contacted since giving my insurance information, 2 times I called and left messages for the person who handles these issues, I was told that either that person or the person I was talking to would call be back that same day and its been a week with no correspondence

I went to Aspen Dental about a month ago for Dentures! I was recommended by my Insurance Company Cigna Dental Insurance! I was told that there Economy Denture were $1100.00! I asked to see what the teeth would look like and as I looked at them they were yellow! The Dentist said she wouldn’t recommend them because my teeth were much whiter than there’s! The only good thing about my visit was I was taken back in a timely manner but the dentist was rude as all get out. You could tell she was aggravated at something and for whatever reason it took me a while longer to get numb so every time she would start drilling and I could feel it she was huffing in an annoyed way. She also kept saying little smart remarks and hitting my other teeth with her drill while pulling on my cheek towards her. I expected to have my dental issues met this morning. I arrived at the Hermitage , TN (off Leb Pike & OHB) 8am in pain and 2 hrs latter I still had not received cost information or treatment for my ailing tooth. Moreover, staff appeared to be more interested in UPSELLING instead of addressing my issue.

Aspen Dental was recommended to me by 2 of the employees of the Quality Inn in Nashville. While on vacation, one of my teeth began acting up, and I was in need of dental services. The staff and dentist were fantastic! Everyone involved was so pleasant and courteous. I didn't know what to expect going in, as I was from out of state and a bit apprehensive about visiting a dentist I didn't know. But everything turned out OK and I am now a big fan of Aspen Dental!
