**********UPDATE*********** I am apoplectic and in disbelief. "Aspen Dental" called and left me a voicemail. You would think it was to schedule the appointment that I need urgently. However; that is not what the case. The call was to inform me that they refunded the monies I had already paid for the procedure. *******COMPLETE DISGUST******* I had a route canal done at the Mankato MN office. Clean facility. They said my gums had very bad numbers of inflammation (3-4) and made a big deal that I needed to floss more, although I already flossed most days. 6 months later, after I did floss every day, they kept asking if I was sure I floss every day. My numbers didn't change at all and then they changed their tunes to "these really aren't that bad". It made me feel like they weren't willing to try anything else to help with inflammation unless it was something I could do myself.

Overall best dentist I have been to. The staff is really nice . I was not feeling good about my mouth and teeth when I walked in . Felt extremely better by the time I left. They really helped me come up with the best plan i feel , for my mouth that best fits me and my situation.

I had an old crown come off from work done years ago by a different dentist. I now go to Aspen Dental and drove there thinking I could get it put back on. I had to make an appointment and nearest time slot was about 3 weeks out. I was told they would do a complete new crown then. Not believing this I kept the old crown and brought it in at the appointment. They did X-rays and complete mouth scan. Front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. Annie was very efficient, kind, and patiently explained everything while performing x-rays. Dental hygienist handled couple of technological problems with poise while measuring for bone loss. Dr. Islam has excellent bedside (chair side) manner. He took time to listen, explain options, and thoroughly helped provide guidance to develop my plan of treatment. I felt very comfortable with him as this was my first visit to Aspen Dental.
