After my 1st dental procedure with Dr. Cruz, I made an decision to make him my dentist. Not only is he thorough, fast and the best dentist I've ever had- you'll leave feeling great & would want all of your dental work done by him
Doctor Cruz make you very comfortable and go over a great treatment plan and get the job done without pain.
Super helpful staff. Dr. Cruz was awesome. Removed two teeth that had broken. Definitely recommend going to Aspen. Better experience then my other dentist experience.

I visited Aspen Dental several months ago for an initial exam and cleaning. During the visit, I was informed that a small chip in one of my molars required a crown. The appointment, which included the evaluation, cleaning, and crown preparation, lasted approximately four hours. While I understand that staff training is important, the involvement of a new team member appeared to contribute to significant delays. Went in for extensive work. The dentist had a poor attitude and was super rushed. It was like I was inconveniencing her and she felt my worry was the stupidest thing she had ever heard. Im worried about my continued care after this and whether or not I'll go in after spending thousands, not get the dentists time, and be treated like trash. Does she treat my mouth like that? In 2 years will I regret this? I doubt anything will come of my review but I'm posting about the process on socials with 111k followers so stay tuned.

The quality of care and front office are completely horrible. I went to this dentist on a referral and have had nothing but issues with being overcharged, my temp crown coming off twice and complete disrespect from the front office staff. Stay far away from this place.

If you care about your mental and physical health, including the health of anyone that you love, PLEASE do not make an appointment here. The one star reviews are all you need to make the right decision. I learned the hard way, and had the most traumatic experience. If you live close to this Aspen Dental location, then I would highly suggest going to Mansfield Family Dentistry (100 Carlin Road, Mansfield, TX 76063). Ask for Terri, she is an absolute angel. Do yourself a favor and take the extra drive time to another aspen dental,these are private practices and little can be done if your mid treatment like I was and they change hands.New practice owner shouldn't be able to practice on the homeless population while paying the homeless to have the work done.If I could rate 0 stars I would.Worst experience ever
