The first visit went well and I thought I found a good place to rely on for my dental needs, I was a little concerned that the Dentist didn't check further into my concern with the feeling that I had a cracked tooth( that broke a few days later). I returned to see about getting a temporary or long term fix and they refused. The only option they would do was an unneeded expensive fix and quoted a price more than 3 times the price that the insurance said it would cost. they completely let me down, and they refuse to return phone calls. TV commercials that show they care about patients are fake. they left me in pain
My wife went in thinking she might have a cavity but was told it was something worse. My wife scares real easy when told bad news, They scared her so much she was willing for fork over whatever amount they wanted. She was panicked all day thinking she might lose all her teeth and gums. They needed to do better.
