I was VERY impressed with the service i recieved yesterday at Dr.Eric Barnes' office. He was very informative. The office staff was courteous and friendly and the dental hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Overall I have never felt so welcomed and respected in any other dental or medical clinic. I felt very welcome and informed of my options. Your staff go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable, thankyou again!
My appt went very well. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. Even though I didn't call ahead regarding their device etc for sleep apnea they took time to explain everything to get me started. That was special. Thank you
Dr. Barnes is a wonderful dentist. He always takes such great care of me when I go to see him.
So many people tell me how their children are terrified to go to the dentist. My kids count the days until they can return! This office is amazing for any and all ages!
My problem was handled professionally & efficiently! I had an issue with a recently replaced filling. Pain is never fun & having a big bill makes it worse, but the dentist did not charge me for the fix & my tooth trouble is almost over!
After countless number of horrible experiences in the dental chair, I feel truly blessed to have found this practice and Dr. Blake Barnes. They not only got me in quickly, the overall experience was NOT painful in any way. He listened to my concerns and the tooth extraction went as well as it could have! I didn't have to be referred to an oral surgeon - one stop shop! Everyone is professional and caring. I will be going back as they are THE BEST!!
I'm very very frightened to go to the dentist. The staff are so understanding and treat me so well. The doctors are amazing. They know my fear too and they understand! I would never go anywhere else. Everyone at the Dental Center of North Iowa is kind and caring.
