When i arrived at the methuen location i did not feel welcomed at all! The receptionist at the front desk did not greet me or anything just slammed the clipboard on the deak and said fill this out. Then wen i was sent in the dental assistant was not friendly, i felt i was in an assembly line! At least the actual dentist was friendly and seemed to like her job 👏🏼
I would urge anyone who might be thinking of going to aspen dental to research this company first. They are advertising free exams and xrays to new customers but secretly inflate their prices to outrageous amounts after the work is done. They have been in trouble for these deceptive practices in the past and are at it again. I strongly caution anyone who might consider this company.

RecommendedThanks to my princess Chayanna Velez, for having the dentist and her assistant see me, I was in so much pain and very miserable, I'm feeling better. At least now I can drink water.. I recommend Aspen Dental Methuen.. Now to get some sleep since its been 3 days I haven't slept..
office staff are great.. their endodontist is TERRIBLE !!! spent 6 minutes with me.. and had NO answers!
They told me I had periodontal disease (which my family's dentist then confirmed I did NOT have) and charged me $500+ for HALF of a treatment (they wanted me to come back to do the other half). When I confronted them for false diagnosis, they refused to refund me. Also, they misdiagnosed how many fillings I needed. They also kept trying to get me to purchase a $160 toothbrush and $67 toothpaste & rinse.
