My smile is very important to me. I noticed after turning 51 my smile was changing. I was really nervous. I have never had any major dental problems or work done. I went into Aspen in Monroe for dental direction, The office manager Tiffany is outstanding . She’s not only professional and knowledgeable but caring. That made the difference. I was traveling and a long way from home. I had a problem with my dentures and I called Aspen Dental. I was a patient in their Roseville Mn. Location. They got me right in and fixed my dentures on the spot. Great, friendly service. I can absolutely recommend them.
Why advertise walk ins… I went in today and needed a simple adjustment! Granted it may have taken 5 minutes… but whatever… lobby was clear, so everyone in the back… I didn’t even need to see a dentist just a tech! I was told if I was having any pain to come In… but to walk in and then be told I can’t be seen until 09/23! It’s so aggravating! Like why would you waste an appointment for a 5 minute visit… then if I was a new patient you would have gotten me in asap! But I really need to find a dentist that cares about long term... read more
From start to finish, my experience has been and is completely satisfying. From Amber, the intake coordinator, gracious demeanor and the office manager, Tiffany, and her welcoming simile and professionalism are all so inviting. Lastly, but not least, Ki’ Aaana and her stellar knowledge in implementing my implants alongside Landry, the lab technician, all have worked tirelessly and diligently to give me my most beautiful smile. I am a throughly satisfied customer.
Everything was nice and the staff was super friendly. Corinne made sure we were comfortable and Tiffany was so sweet. Any questions we had Tiffany answered and made sure we understood what she was saying.
