I paid $2000 on March 1st for a bottom denture; had 2 visits for wax impressions, had two other visits cancelled by them (first one my deceased husband called in to cancel??). My ins has never been charged for the abutments which tells me they never ordered them, cannot get an appointment or an answer as to when we can finish. When I telephone, I am put on hold sometimes for an hour, will not call me back or explain.

They are a complete ripoff. I’ve paid 2,000 dollars for dentures and they won’t deal with me anymore. They’ve taken my own personal money PLUS insurance money. I’ve now since heard through many people that they are notorious for pulling scams like this! This has been going on for 10 months. These “so called” temporary dentures hurt my mouth. They’ve sent a letter to me stating not to come back. A high-end law company won’t take my case (probably because it’s not a high dollar case…to them) Please DO NOT go to this place. NOW... read more
place is a total scam. been trying to get seen for about 3 months now. every single time right before my appointment, they call to reschedule or move ahead a few hours. that is not ok. let me just leave my job without prior notice to satisfy their staff and their inability to keep an appointment. I don't need my job I guess. not sure how all these other people left reviews when they don't even get to be seen. Staff was great, enough said, went for bottom dentures. Plan was set up, went in for my survey to pull teeth and put in 4 implants. When I woke up I don’t remember much of what was told to me and nothing was told to my fiancé. No follow up call, stitches are all over my mouth(don’t know if they will dissolve or go back and have them removed.
