I love this dental office The people are professional very friendly I had to have a lot of work done and they made me feel at ease. They all did very good and painless work They are like family
I’m quite happy they opened this one closer to my home. Dr Ortiz was quite pleasant and helpful. The staff explained and even answered my additional questions once i went home and called. I will continue on going here.

I was scheduled for a cleaning on 11/22/2022 at Aspen Dental 13050 Tamiami Trail East Naples, FL. After the x-rays were taken, I was told I needed a deep cleaning. I was assigned to Amberlin Medina a Dental Hygienist. When I was in the chair, I asked her if she wanted me to remove my upper denture, she said no. She then started to clean my 7 lower teeth and a 3-tooth bridge. After the cleaning she rinsed out my mouth with water and applied some solution which sprayed all over my glasses. I was gagged the whole time and trained on by some girl when I told dr. Presswood I can STILL feel everything she just kept going until I aggressively kicked my leg down she then exclaimed “what do you want me to do about it.” It’s not my responsibility to turn off my nervous system or just hide when I’m in shooting pain. Today we made an appointment for an emergency dental problem. We arrived at the office 20 minutes prior to the appointment to complete paperwork for a first time patient. Shortly after we arrived the patient was directed to a waiting room. They proceeded to tell the patient they were going to check his insurance. After one hour of waiting and no information shared with us, we left. It’s the worst service we have experienced from a dental office.
