I really enjoyed meeting each staff member helping me through out my appointment the other day. I haven't laughed so much in a long time. But of course all that came to an abrupt end once I had to find out all I am going to need done and that my insurance will only cover maybe 5%. Very depressing!!
The staff at the Niceville location is not only very professional, but so friendly, which helps ease any anxiety that you may have. And trust me, I was on overload. They made me feel like family. From the front desk receptionist who was very personable, to Laurie .. she is such an assest to our community, not to mention how efficient she is getting my xrays completed. I love her!! The Niceville office is awesome! Every employee treats you like family. They are compassionate and personable. I feel like I have made new friends that genuinely care about me. They are the best such friendly services and couldn't ask for a better place
First visit was a pleasant experience. They were very good and explained all of my options not just the expensive ones. They appeared to show genuine concern.
