My wife and I have had nothing but a hard time dealing with this office and their billing after our appointments on 12/30/21. My pregnant wife was billed $300 for x-rays she didn't receive. They didn't send necessary info to my insurance so after I paid over $300 (was told that's my total out of pocket) for my procedure (perio scaling), I received a bill for $350 more. If there was a negative star that’s what I would give. I bought the best denture they have and have had two of the teeth fall out. When I get them “fixed” the denture feels like it’s covered with a film that tastes like glue. I mean the least they could do do is polish them. Not happy at all!!!!

The appointment was made to extract a tooth that was broken came into to office had to novocaine shot to gum 1 hour later they told me they had to reschedule my tooth extraction. I feel My tooth should have been a priority to get taken out still can not get a day that is best for me cause they never have an opening to works with my schedule. I have to be on theirs!

I went to aspen dental for a sore tooth. The dentist completely missed the crack in my tooth on the xray and told me I had "swollen gums" and told me to use medicated toothpaste. that was on a Friday. By Monday I was in agony. I went to a real dentist on Monday who diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed the issue. I asked around to friends and other professionals and Aspen has a very poor reputation

I have a severely broken tooth which I told them prior to the appointment. My first “emergency appointment” was canceled by the office, and I was told I needed to call the call center back to try and reschedule sooner then two days later. I called and got an appointment for the same day a 30 min drive away. I arrived 20 min early (I was told 15 as a new patient). The receptionist was more worried about her phone then the patients. I was forced to take X-rays that I told the girl I did NOT want or need. I simply wanted a loose crown cemented back on. Although the ad says FREE X-rays for new patients, I was charged $109! I was told the dentist REQUIRED X-rays. For simply cementing a crown back on, none were needed. My total bill came to $215 for the same thing a drop of Crazy Glue from Dollar Tree would have fixed. And then the dentist told me "hopefully it will hold until you can see your dentist"! Would I recommend Aspen Dental! Not a chance.

It was my first visit with A span and I wasn't sure what to expect. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and I came out with a plan for my teeth. Also felt very safe: very clean, everyone wore masks.

I have been an Aspen Dental Patient for 3 years now. I was very dissapointed on my last visit. I had an emergency with a filling that fell off, leaving a tooth extremely vulnerable. I reached out and to start with, they couldnt see me for 2 weeks. Then when finally the day came, I got called and cancelled be ause the clinic had to close unexpetantly (COVID, I assume) and they scheduled me again for 4 days later.
