Went there to have dentures made. Well they made them....and there were quiet a few things I didn't like ....so I went back to get a refund and they decided they would just make another set....well, they did and they weren't right either...but I just decided I would try to wear them till I could go somewhere else and have some made. So....I was wearing the second set and was eating a sandwich when one of the front teeth fell out and I swallowed it before I realized it was out. [Resolved to my satisfaction] Totally screwed up our insurance, saying we were covered when we were not, then asked us to pay for their mistake when the insurance refused the claim. They finally relented after several calls. 6 months later I asked for a basic cleaning, but they continued the previous uncovered treatment (without discussing this with me), and billed me when the insurance wouldn't covered it. I asked that they waive the difference as it was their mistake, but they have now sent it to a collections agency witho... read more
