Aspen Dental was a horrible experience. I understand covid is a factor and am being gracious when I say they are horrible. they will lie to your face just to get your money. then they rush you out the door with no paperwork or itemized receipt. crooks.

DON'T BELIEVE ALL OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. I didn't believe the reviews stating that they want you to perform unnecessary procedures, until it happened to me on my 2nd 6 month cleaning. I was told that I needed over a $1,000 (after ins.) worth of deep cleaning, even though during my 1st visit the dentist stated my teeth looked great. I asked about having the preventive cleaning done and was told that that would not be done because it wouldn't do any good. How could the preventive cleaning not do any good. This location practices deceptive and dishonest billing by charging you for something that they know insurance won't cover. I was told at my appointment that I was 100% paid in full and good to go, only to receive bill 2 months later because they upcharged me for a procedure I did need or agree to. Now they expect me to pay over $50 more. How many other people are they ripping off like this? I have called multiple times and been promised a call back by the office manager. Nothing. Crickets. things people are a rip-off I paid them $3,900 to help a tooth that needed a root canal and a crown they put a temporary crown on but then I moved and the service was never rendered to put the crown on so they put $1,700 against my credit because I didn't pay for services that was left on a plan they prepared for me.. Went to get 2 cavities filled, just a few weeks later needed a root canal on both of those teeth! The dentist didn’t do a thorough job cleaning out and filling the cavities. Beyond pissed. Wouldn’t recommend ANYONE going here ever!
