This place has incompetent people working the phone line. My elderly mother called to make an appointment at this place. She told them very clearly over the phone that her insurance was medicare, gave them the exact one, and they told her that it was accepted. She goes over there today for the appointment and they tell her that they don't take medicare, even though they themselves told her over the phone that they did. They use miss information and high pressure. Sales tactics to trick people integrating dental work that they don't necessarily need. The information I was given was very misleading.\n I had just visited with my paradignant there to get new partials, and was told that I had to get every tooth in my mouth removed for dentures. It was my first time going to this office. They were very attentive very nice and very pleasant. I most definitely will go back. The Attentive I would definitely give them a 10 out of 10. Everyone was kind from the receptionist to the assistance to the dentist. Everyone was just lovely.
So far so good. Had my first consultation. The dentist and hygienist reviewed my x-rays they took and went over everything with me in detail. I didn’t get any work done yet and will update once I do.
I was very happy with the whole experience of Aspen dental. I broke 2 teeth on my top denture plate and I thought it was going to be a long process to get fixed. So I called Aspen dental and the woman who answered the phone gave me an appointment the next day. I went to my appointment and they were able to fix them the same day. The price was reasonable and the service by all involved was outstanding. Thanks to Aspen I can smile with confidence again. 😀
