Great experience. Dentist made me very comfortable. He was also very honest and knowledgable. Service from start to finish was very good.
I had a split upper denture that was taken care of within two hours. Without the need for any adjustments. I'm very pleased. Would recommend Aspen to anyone that needed dental care.
2 hours in the office and spent only 30 min with anyone. Most of the time i was in the chair by myself. From my arrival to my departure, the staff was continually talking about plans and other topics. Met another patient who was there for his fourth attempt to get a dental appliance to fit properly. He told me all they kept saying was "you will have to get used to it." At the end of the appointment i was put under direct/aggressive pressure to prepay for my next appointment.
Gentleman told me my charge. I thought it would be free. I think they should go over the charges before he asked for a CC. I forgot I got a fluoride treatment which is fine but it's been 6 months and I forgot. Just go over the bill before asking for a CC.
I hated this place. All they did was try to upswell services the whole visit. Not to mention I was there for 2 hours and only received an exam NEVER AGAIN
Just concerned you will charge me again 75 for 15 minutes!
This visit was the last. I have been to this location several times , and the end result seems to be the same with no effort to change. My appointment was at 10am.. At 11:58 I was taken back for x-rays and then was told to go sit back in the waiting room and I would be called back. At 11:27 I was finally called back into a room where I had my check up of my gums, and was told to sit and wait for the doctor to come in.
