RecommendedI had the most amazing and uplifting experience with the staff at this location. The receptionist, Colby, was a total sweetheart and extremely helpful. The assistant office manager, Kelsy was also amazing! Talking to her and hanging out around the office all day, it feels like I made a friend. Kelsy isn’t normally at the McKnight Rd. location, she works out in the Monroeville office, but I was so blessed to meet her. They are pleasant and professional.They are accomdating ,the dentists are excellant and the entire staff is welcoming.I would not go anywhere else.
I had a major toothach. They(Ross Twp) were able to see me that day but had no time to do the extraction. The sweet young lady behind the counter took the time to call a few of the appointments that day to see if someone was going to cancel. Sure enough, one was open later that day. I was not going to make it another day with that bad tooth. She went beyond what she needed to do and I thank her. The whole staff was very pleasant and made my very painful visit more tolerable. Thank you!!!
Everything, the place, the people, all. We both felt very welcome and at home. The people there couldn't have been any nicer. Glad we chose to go there
The staff is very professional, accommodating, friendly and helpful. My comfort and expectations were highly met with all staff. The doc took the time to explain everything from procedure to final care and I did not feel "rushed". Aspen is definitely the place to go.
Two Words: Above Reproach. Dr. O. and the Staff of Aspen Dental treated my (anxious) Son with loving care, as if we were family. We can't sing their Praises enough...! You will never regret your visit....

Everyone was friendly, and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was particularly reassuring. There's a glitch with the financing, but, it's not Aspen's problem.
