Had a great experience with aspen dental in Richmond. All the staff were very courteous and caring. Had 2 teeth extracted by Dr Diamond. Had no pain during shots or extractions. Very minor pain next day that was taken care of with ibuprofen. I would highly recommend Dr Diamond and the staff for any dental needs.
I have been extremely impressed with the customer service and quality of care at the agency! We recently lost my grandmother and my mother had a need for some dental work prior to the funeral. We had a horrible experience at another agency here in Richmond! We were in tears! Aspen took us in and helped us not just with our dental need but was very emotionally supportive to us.
