I was greeted immediately by a very friendly receptionist. I didn’t have to wait very long at all when I was called to the back. The Dr. was in the hall so I introduced myself. He was very friendly. TeKai took X-rays and pictures of my teeth and took me to an examination room where the Dr. joined me for an exam. I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. They all made me feel very important and were ready to answer any questions or concerns that I’ve had regarding my treatment plan. I have been embarrassed by the condition of my teeth for quite some time and not once did anyone ever make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. They got me in when I asked. Set me up with a treatment plan. They were not pushy about things that I needed but were not necessary. There was very little wait time and I have decided to do all my dental service here. I am very pleased with my first visit can’t wait for many more! Thank you Aspen Dental in RR!
I came in for an extraction, and they had a clean facility and a nice receptionist who got me situated. My nurse Ashley and my doctor Spouh made me feel very comfortable before the procedure, which was super fast, and I didn't feel a peep. All around, thanks for the good care!!!
