I had my first appointment at Aspen yesterday. I was very nervous because I hadn't been to the dentist in years, and have had lots of trouble in the past with the process of taking x-rays. The staff at Aspen in Irondequoit was very kind and patient, which made me feel a bit better. They gave me honest advice on how best to proceed, but also offered a "plan b" in case I wasn't comfortable with the first option. I walked in after a mishap with my tooth and it was fixed the same day. Busy busy office on Culver Rd. Everyone was very kind and polite. They will be mailing a workup of what else need to be done. Unfortunately, as much as I would love to be treated, being retired, on a fixed income, without dental insurance, is hard to do. Thank you!

Lielani is a tech at the culver Rd location and was very nice and made my visit much easier with my anxiety level being so high..
