They are a very caring, friendly and professional group. From the dentist, himself, to the hygienist and to each staff member - I felt so much that I was where I belonged! I was so impressed with the modern machines and how fast they work with no pain!! Thanks for your care!!
I want to thank Dr. Tin for helping me today. He was very courteous, and I could tell he was frustrated. Someone there had scheduled me for an extraction, and he said he didn’t have time for it. I was upset because I had driven an hour and 15 minutes to be there to take care of my tooth pain. He came back and said he could do it without IV sedation, and I agreed. I just wanted to thank the team at Aspen Dental in Henrietta, and Bambi and Sam in particular. Bambi is the nicest, most helpful, caring, and hardest-working person I’ve encountered at any Dentists Office I’ve ever been to. And I’m not even her patient! She has gone out of her way to help me multiple times, and has been a tremendous help in my transition to dentures and a partial.
