Love this office! So friendly and made me feel very comfortable!
I had an 8am confirmation appointment today with Dr. Tin, His assistant Robert took me at 8:15am & did an X-ray. His assistant took me back to a dental chair across from the surgical room. I have an imbuckment that fell out & have been waiting for weeks to see if the implant was broken ( I saw Dr M previously ). I have been a patient for a few years, and I had a cleaning scheduled pre-Covid, and they called and rescheduled it. At the time of the rescheduled appointment, I had to reschedule again because of a snowstorm. I received a phone call right before my appointment, and I was told they would have to cancel it because of Covid. Never put my appointment in books properly. Called last week, made appointment. Made arrangements for babysitting and time off work to go in only to be told they didn't have me down. Unable to fit me in for what I needed done. They claimed call center may not have directed me properly. Done as patient there, if company can't even make appointments right what else can't they do. Terrible business.
Aspen Dental is terrible with keeping appointments. I've had my appointment canceled on me twice now, the day off without little warning. Prior to those cancellations, I have been contacted and told I needed to reschedule my appointments. I will not be returning to Aspen.
They need to practice honesty and good customer service. I don't want to go into detail but their business tactics leave much to be desired.
