Unprofessional staff. Sitting in dental chair and they wanted me to pay additional fees before they would fix my teeth!

The office staff is incompetent. They schedule you an appointment and when you arrive, they don't have you down. Not the first time this has happened. Then I get an email saying, sorry you missed your appointment. Call to reschedule. CRAZY!!

I made an appointment for Dec 6th to talk to the Dentist about having 16 teeth pulled and full dentures made. I came back the same day to have impressions made and was scheduled to get my bite done later that week. When I got home I was called and told my appointment would be moved to a later date because the lab tech would be unavailable. I came back Dec the 17th for my bite and I scheduled my extraction date for the 29th so I could take a week off from work to heal and adjust.
