Very friendly and thoughtful. The girls were great and did everything to make me feel at ease. Explained the work to be done to where I understood did all they could to work with me financially. Looking forward to having a great smile again.

my ONLY complaint...doing treatments without letting the patient know the initial cost has me concerned. to be sitting in the char and getting things done when the costs of specific "ADD-ON" TREATMENTS ...THEN...SITTING WITH the financial staff before departure / checking out often impact the cost to the point of excess. I DON;T LIKE SURPRISES WHEN MY INSURANCE COST IS ENUF OUT OF MY POCKET ALREADY. PLEASE...MAKE SURE YOU ADVISE THE PATIENT OF LINE-ITEM ADDITIONS BEFORE INITIATING TREATMENT.
