Excellent staff and quality care. The hygienist was extremely talented and the crowning process was smooth.
Lexi was AMAZING! I usually have horrible dental anxiety but she put me at ease. You can tell she cares and gave me real tips to maintain my smile at home. I'm very grateful.
This place is ridiculous. They canceled my appointment because I did not call them back to confirm. Nowhere in there communication to me shows that if you don't confirm, it will be canceled. I took time off work to get here and very disappointed by their unprofessionalism. I even prepaid for this work. Go elsewhere!!

Aspen Dental on Chippewa Street: I do NOT recommend this office, despite most of the staff was friendly. The hygienist opinion was that I needed a deep cleaning and for this deep cleaning I should have paid over thousand dollars despite my insurance. The dentist said they would treat me before this deep cleaning was not done. Even the lady at the front desk was arguing that I need a deep cleaning when I wanted to schedule a normal appointment for a regular cleaning. Lemay Ferry Rd-I wish I could give a zero stars. My insurance changed and they were the first to pop up in my Network and was able to get my daughter in right away. When she went they told her that she had 10 cavities, that she needed a crown, a deep cleaning and they she was in the early stages of gum disease. Mind you she is 22 and a freak about her teeth. They put together a treatment plan and told her the price of $5000 DOLLARS after insurance and would finance it at $141 a month and a $256 down payment to be able to sch... read more

I took my disabled sister here for a cleaning. That's what I made the appointment for. After an hour, I was called back to discuss her treatment plan. I was completly shocked by a plan that started with a deep cleaning and thousands of dollars. It seems nothing could be done until we agreed to the costly and painful procedure of deep cleaning. This is actually my second time receiving services from Aspen dental. The first time was not that great about seven years ago, but I figured I'd give them another try in Saint Peter's. They have tactics that will get you to sign up for the insurance however what you came in there for you don't get and you end up paying out-of-pocket anyway, example. Aspen Dental - Brentwood, MO has horrible communication. They over charged me, did not communicate with my insurance company, and did not deliver my, paid in full, service on time. A simple call would have saved me time and money. I will not be using Aspen Dental in the future. The dentist also should have used mouth wash before the consultation.

Terrible customer service CHIPPEWE.. office manager argumentative with patients in front of other patients I smelled liquor on her breath she came in defense of the lady with her exact last name who aggressively spewed the gross phone policy she states was put in place specifically by the dentists at this particular location..
