They were short staffed only one dentist . I was there from 2:00 to 4:14 p.m. the workers are running around doing everything . When I walked out the waiting room was crowded with people little did they know that they're- short staffed . when making an appointment ask if their short staff so you won't have to wait around like I did in dental chair . I will not be returning. I was there because one of my crowns fell off . Instead of the dentist putting it on the girl who took my x-rays put it on . She did a great job... read more

I must first say office manager and dental hygienist were the absolute best. I was deceived by the female doctor. She said she couldn’t do composites unless I had an expensive deep cleaning. 4000.00 billed to insurance and 800.00 out of pocket. When I show up for my composites she said she can only cover a few bottom teeth with resin and thats it. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have gone forward with any services at aspen dental. Every step of the way has been garbage. Either they were running behind (right now they are over an hour running behind and we are still waiting) or short staffed or just could not do their jobs right. My mom had 6 teeth pulled and received zero pain meds because they didn’t have the right pad as they say to write anything. Now her mouth is infected because they left part of a tooth in and it has not healed up yet so she had to see a oral surgeon all the way on the other side of San Antonio. Very friendly staff and clean office, but WOW. I asked for an itemized statement of our treatment plan and called around because it seemed ridiculously high. I stopped after 2 offices told me they padded our bill with a minocycline derivative called Arestin that doesn't work, and is extremely expensive. There were maybe 8 charges ranging between $81 and $150 for EACH Arestin line on the statement. One office said it was unethical. Buyer beware!

I had a appointment and i went in to get my tooth pulled and they denied me snd told me to come bsck and im i a lot of pain my face is swollen on one dide i could not go to work because I couldn’t talk

Received a call at 9:50am from office to tell me that a 10am appointment cancelled and that if I wanted I could arrive early for my 11am to be seen earlier. I arrived at 10:20 I've been waiting ever since....it's 11am. Not a good start to a new dentist ***edit: they won me over.

Went there for a broken tooth and they wanted to do everything but what needed to be done. Ended up walking out the door. Will never go back.
