I was very disappointed, first visit and it gave me already bad experience, first, I wasted my 3 hours of waiting and in pain and end up nothing happen, and the worst was, I have said my medication allergies, yet the doctor still gave me the medicine that I'm allergic to, good job to the pharmacist in Walgreens and took care of it. I did not ask anymore since I was just frustrated when I left the place and so will see what's next. I hope they will get better next time I come back for the next appointment. Wasn't happy with several things my insurance company being the first, doctor adding things to increase the bill would be second. Just needed a replacement denture not a trip to the ER for the cost of it out of pocket. Crazy, just crazy.

Got my first visit online. Got there on time and waited an hour. First dentist listened and said he had to refer with second dentist and would be back. Second dentist listened and examined my mouth. Both said they did not have experience with my kind of implant and gave me a referral. So I left referral in hand and a sore lip for my time. Almost two hours and home without any care. I do appreciate that they didn't pull me along. Disappointed that they are limited.
I've been dealing with them for a year to get something for insurance to cover. I'm on hold with them right now still trying to deal with it. They say they will take care of it, but when they get on the phone with you, they do nothing.
I'm not a good dental patient, normally scared to death. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Patel and the staff at the Westwood office.
My daughter had an appointment on 2/29/16 to get her permanent crown. These crooks tried to charge me an extra $700+ for my daughter's crown. I had already paid what was quoted to me, so I wasn't going to pay any additional money. 10 minutes later, they tell me the crown isn't in. You would think that someone at the office would've figured out a day or two before that the crown wasn't in. It's now 3/8/16 and it's still not in. All I want is the crown so we can be done with this place....
Dr Patel lied to me told me to come back to get my plate fixed then told me he never said that! Called me a liar more or less. Have tried repeatedly to get corporate to call me about this they never have! My next step is to picket their business. I have never been treated so rudely! Since day one they have screwed up. It took me three months to get a plate that should have only taken two weeks. Had to go back three times to get impressions. Yea I'm pretty Pissed off!
