Absolutely love Jules! She’s excellent at her job! I’ve NEVER come across such a great dental hygienist! I am not exaggerating. She’s very thorough, gentle and gives great advice and tips on overall oral health. I had been neglecting going to the dentist for years and years because of fear. After research I landed at Aspen Dental and so happy to have Jules for dental hygienist❤️❤️
Worst Experience EVER. So I called Aspen Dental to set up an appointment for a cleaning. Gave them my Insurance information and then they tell me I have to come in for a consultation (for a cleaning). Fine, I set up the appointment. Then comes the barrage of emails and text messages. 1 email to let me know that I set up the appointment, 1 test to let me know that I set up the appointment. 3 more emails asking me to confirm appointment, 3 more texts asking to confirm the appointment, then I get a phone call the day befo... read more
Everything was absolutely amazing. This wasn’t my first time getting a dental procedure done at the Aspen Dental office in Niskayuna NY and it wasn’t a disappointment. All the staff were amazing and friendly and very courteous. I didn’t have to wait long for the dentist to see me. They have an amazing team of people working at this office . Thank you for making my smile brighter !
The staff were super friendly and supportive. The girl in X-ray that day - Erin - was amazing! She did such a great job! The experience as a whole was wonderful.
