Horrible just like the Bolingbrook location covid didn't screw me financially but these 2 offices did poor communication bills after bills for things i was never informed about then they send my account on collections im done with aspen dental there all about your money the rest they don't give a $hit about you has a patient
Horrible horrible experiences at both Springfield Illinois and Skokie Illinois locations. I am in immense pain and have been for two years since I got these crappy dentures there and paid over $3000 fir them. It took a year and six different dentists to even get fitted for my torture teeth and then the dentist who assaulted me decided they fit and ordered them in thus awful gray color without asking me. I told the dentist that I was diabetic and I was sure I had an infection, after a lot of B.S. about money! and after hours of being there I could only pay for 1 tooth to be removed. she told me their was no infection, anyway the very next day my face was blown up like a balloon red and full of puss! I went to the E.R. and my doctor told me they should have known better than to let you leave with no antibiotics due to I'm a diabetic and thank goodness I came in because the infection could have killed me. A big rip off
st. Clairsville, OH: Left me sitting in “the lounge” for 40mins waiting to meet with Lucy the office mgr. Their system was down. I finally got up, found Lucy and told her I was leaving. Not a good first impression for a new patient.
I only have one problem with Aspen, They said I need a deep cleaning and out of pocket for me would be $1000 So I asked for a normal cleaning something my insurance would pay for and was told. No. A deep cleaning or nothing. Now I know that other patient I seen coming and going that day couldn’t afford a $1000 out of pocket either so I have to ask. How do they get their teeth cleaned?
My husband & I had our new patient appointments yesterday. The clinical staff were knowledgeable, engaging and courteous yet we felt we needed to cancel further treatments. The office manager consulted with us to review the recommended treatment plan and in the process was giving us costs that didn’t even add up correctly. I love the staff and atmosphere, but their prices are way too much and they use deceptive practices to make you think one way, but when you get the desk to pay, it's something else different! And for that reason I give 2!! I would go more into details, but if you have good insurance, there's no way one visit should cost $816 to only have a my teeth scaled, X-rays, and a little antibiotics..
