Everyone was so nice! Felt right at home as if I’ve known them for years. Marissa was spectacular when doing my cleaning. Will definitely be recommending this office to my friends, family and peers. 10/10! Wish I could give more stars.
Brought my elderly disabled mother in to try and get dentures. We made our appointment 3 weeks in advance and showed up a half hour early. After waiting over an hour I was told she was taken off the schedule because they needed more information (no one asked me for additional information). Because of that, they said they would try to squeeze her in after several more patients were seen. I am an extremely understanding person, but they acted like it was no big deal. Came in for a extraction. First started out with x-ray and the tech(Robin) was absolutely rude to me. From there we sat in the chair and she get just having these back handed comments and was just being completely rude. Her boss comes back and ask if everything is okay and she said yes. I stopped going to my regular dentist because aspen was cheaper but I'll never come back. For someone with fear and anxiety of being here, they did not help in thee slightest. Super polite friendly staff especially the Dentist. They extracted one tooth for me and did a Crown on another. Wait times can be long but only because they handle a lot of same day emergencies and take their time to do good work. They worked with me on what my insurance covered and didn't and what the best forward was for me. I highly recommend. Can you tell which tooth had the crown installed today? Neither can I 😁
The dentist we saw was not very courteous at all and didn't seem to care that my daughter was in pain. She was more concerned about talking about my daughter's future needs and racking up a $10,500 bill. I would also like to mention that although the dental assistant was very nice, she ripped open the bag of sterile instruments with her bare hands, and touched every single one all while NOT wearing gloves. I would not recommend them at all.
