RecommendedI was a walk in appointment and they treated me as if I have been going forever!! I will be going back for more of my dental services!!
I went to the location on E. Main St. as a walk-in. They took me without a problem. Very friendly staff and doctor! When I called Aspen Dental they said if I went as a walk-in, they were committed to help me. The one on WO Ezell Blvd. would not take me as a walk-in. So I drove to E. Main St. Going back next week to get the tooth pulled. 😁
I was very pleased with Aspen Dental. The prices were a lot less than I thought they would be. I start next week with all my procedures. The office staff were so nice made you feel special, the dentist put you at ease. I would recommend them to everyone
Very professional and fair price and a beautiful new location in Spartanburg SC I have scheduled extractions next week I think everything will go well and I will continue to use Aspen dental for all of my dental needs
Update 6/8 I have since received care from another local dental office that has been absolutely wonderful. Yet, still nothing from Aspen has been resolved. I have spoken to several people through Aspen at this point with no resolution. The amount of stress, pain, and discomfort is nothing I wish on anyone. This office has not provided my dental records, or refund, and has filed claims with my insurance which I will now be disputing as the only service I have received was having the left side of my mouth cleaned. I went there yesterday because of a severe toothache. My appointment was at 2:45. They saw me on time. Took x-rays. Then the dentist came in and told me my options. Root canal or extraction. It is my very back tooth and I was in so much pain I asked her to pull it. She said they didn’t have the time right now! I’ll write you antibiotics and you can come back! I know how long it takes to pull a tooth! They didn’t close till 5! I will never go back there again!
The phrase “caveat emptor” is Latin for “let the buyer beware.” I was quoted one price for work. I paid cash. A month later I was told I owed a balance. I had paid in full. I have my receipt yet they still say I owe six thousand more. Half of the work quoted has not been done even before they wanted more money. There are numerous cases of fraud against Aspen Dental on the internet and with State Attorney General Offices all over the US. I wish I had done more research.
I've paid over $10,000 for services in April 2022 and am owed a refund of a paltry $300. My insurance company had some questions and no one would call them back to answer them. FINALLY in July 2022 my claim was processed by my insurance company and check cashed by ASPEN 7/7/2022. Now, no one will call me back or give me an update on my paltry little refund. Shame on you ASPEN.
