I had a scheduled appointment and due to the coronavirus my appointment was rescheduled. I had no issues with that but i was having 2 procedures done and both the same day. They end it up being slip apart to different dates and hours i did not choose. The representative Heather was very rude and would not let me talk or explain the situation.
