I enjoyed my first visit with Aspen, I felt a warm welcome when I arrived. The staff treated me very well, the dentist greeted me with a warm smile. I will come back to have my work done through Aspen. Thanks so much!!!
My experience at aspen dental was great. Every one professional, and they gave me heads up as to what to expect all the way and gave me good advice as to what I need to get done. Kenya was excellent at her job. She treated me with respect. She was very professional. And I wish her all the best success in her future dental career.
The nicest dental office I have ever been to! The building is designed to make the dental experience as pleasing as possible. The staff is exceptional! Was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be returning for all my dental needs.
I cannot speak to the service at this location. I only know that I came here for an appointment and was told that I was called and emailed to notify me that the appointment needed to be canceled because everyone was going to be out on training and they didn’t recognize that when they made my initial appointment. The lady/receptionist was not rude, but stated that she called and emailed and stated the times that occurred. I have no missed calls on that that date and no messages from Aspen. Absolutely changed the game today. First ever visit with aspen, and not only was enrollment easy and fast, but so was the actual service. Immediately took X-rays, and 2 short minutes until the dr began extracting my problem tooth. The biggest thank you goes out to this locations customer service.
