If I cld give zero stars I wld , unfortunately my situation to have my tooth extracted as an emergency an I limited options of where to go but this place seemed to have excellent reviews so I’m assuming this is a new Doctor there I believe his name is Dr. Pushkin. Horrible. Called ahead of time to see if I could come in tonight for an emergency walk-in, as I am having excruciating tooth pain. I said I would be there in 10 minutes. The lady on the phone said sure, come on in they can see you. I drove all the way there and at 6:20 the receptionist tells me they stopped seeing patients at 6:15. Told me I could reschedule for tomorrow at 2pm. Seriously?! Thought about switching my business over to this place, but there’s no way now. Waste of my time.

I had a new patient appointment over two months ago, and things seemed to go well. The hygienist staff and doctor who saw me were all friendly and informative. They took X-rays, examined and diagnosed my level of periodontal decay, and recorded measurements for everything as well as wrote up a treatment plan. When I met with their financial representative though, the price I was quoted both with and without my SCBCBS Dental Plus plan as astronomical.
