I have been going to the Aspen Dental in Temple TX on and off for years. I have come for myself and for my five kids. I can say without a doubt that I have never been wowed by this facility. Sometimes the office staff is awesome and treat me like I am the most important person in the world and sometimes they are rude and act like they can’t be bothered with me. Staff was friendly and thorough. I scheduled online which was super easy for a routine 6 month appointment. The wait time was relatively short when I arrived. My previous experience during routine appointments is the exam, x-rays, and dental cleaning. I opted for this location because it’s closer to home and wanted to try out a new dentist office. As far as dental services are concerned they are great. As far as billing is concerned they are shady. They made me prepay for some dental surgery and other dental procedures. They indicated when we receive payment from the insurance company they will reimburse you. Well they have received multiple payments and somehow corporate can't fix it. They will steal from you! I made the mistake of pre-paying for dental services I never received. they said they didn’t have the resources to get me fully numbed up also Stating that they didn’t want to give me “dental PTSD”, so they didn’t finish half my mouth. I’ve been waiting for a refund from these people since December. I went in today and made an appointment to come back tomorrow they were very friendly very helpful very encouraging. I highly recommend them. I went back for the second day and these people have gone above and beyond to help me meet my goals to make what I need happen. Highly recommend Aspen Dental.
