RecommendedMy son broke his teeth playing football at school and no one could get him in or were willing to stay late on a Friday to see him. I called Aspen and they got me right in! Their office is clean and beautifully made. The associates were friendly and helped my son and I feel at ease. Very professionally and top of the art. They also didn’t ring my pocket dry after only being able to refer him to a pediatric dentist. Thank you Aspen Dental!

I waited 1 hr and 45 minutes to be seen. I was not seen and ended up rescheduling. I have tried to be seen by an Aspen dental dentist for over a year. No luck

There is no way I can recommend this or any Aspen Dental location. I had an appointment yesterday (12/4), which was scheduled during my last visit in May. When I showed up, the receptionist couldn't find me in the system. When she did find me- with an old phone number- she said I didn't have an appointment that day. She also could not schedule another cleaning for me because they didn't have a hygienist on staff at the moment. I did not receive a phone call or email cancelling my appointment. The person I saw yesterday was not professional and was not treating me nicely. I go there because one the dentist does always a great job and he is very nice and professional.

Everything. They will try to talk you into more work, charge more than you were sure to be charged, and not do the work you were expecting.

This place is a scam! First appointment was there 2 and a half hours. Tried to sell me everything from Invisalign to medicated mouth wash! I get cleanings every 6 months and more than not have perfect checkups. After all the xrays for new patients and after I refused to buy anything they said I need a “deep cleaning” which my insurance doesn’t cover, and they won’t do just a regular cleaning. Terrible pricing and if you have a deductible with your insurance they will charge regular price for all work even if you been dealing with it forever
